Were there any changes made to the flows after we got off the call? Does restarting Node-Red recover the comms?

It’s possible that rapid updates to the flow could cause an issue, but I haven’t seen it recently. What version of the @ncd-io/node-red-enterprise-sensors library are you using? Does updating this library and restarting the router resolve the connectivity issue? You can update through the Palette Manager in the top right (three horizontal lines) > Palette Manager
