Enterprise IIoT Gateway Not Recognizing Enterprise Sensor Package

Hi,

I have an Enterprise IIoT Gateway, and it arrived unable to recognize the ncd-io/node-red-enterprise-sensors package within the integrated node-red. In addition, both ncd-io/node-red-enterprise-sensors and ncd-red-comm show the error “ERR_DLOPEN_FAILED” in the palette section of node-red. Is there any way to get the gateway to correct these errors, or is the gateway just messed up?
