Hi everyone,
I would like to know if there a way to change encryption key on Enterprise IIoT Gateway from Robustel, this is because we can’t open the gateway and extract xbee module due to warranty condition.
The only way to do this currently is through Digi’s X-CTU utility. You will need a USB modem connected to a computer. The USB modem can discover the module in the Robustel and change its encryption key.
