I need to use the 6 powered outputs (12V - 10AMP) and turn them into NO dry contacts I can connect to a PLC. A multi form terminal block would be best with 6 inputs and 6 corresponding outputs.

The simplest way to convert a 12VDC signal into a dry contact closure is to simply use 12VDC coil relays. These are readily available online from suppliers such as Mouser.com, DigiKey.com, etc.
