Double blink led problem

Hello,
I have 2 devices with same pattern of blinking, 2 times very fast and then 5 seconds of silence then another double blink.

I verified connection to be zigbee board, and even swapped for new zigbee board. no luck at all.

What else can i do to solve this issue?

Hi @cesararaujo This LED pattern indicates that the MCU is having trouble communicating with the radio module. Could you please double-check that the radio module is inserted correctly and that none of the pins are bent or damaged?

Additionally, could you share a picture of the mounted radio module and its pins?

Tried other zigbee cards without success, so 100% sure its not the connections.

Yes it does respond. I used brand new radio on the board and same behaviour.
