My door remote will only work when my phone is on Wifi. Can we get it to work on 4G?

What firewall aptioms need to be open for external communication???
Could you private message me with the Mac address of your controller? I can check to see if it is externally accessible or not.
In order to access the controller from outside the network you must configure port forwarding on the network router directed to the controller’s IP address over port 2101 for TCP communication.
I actually did this with my tech guy. Problem now is when I try to access remote button the app shuts down (closes out). Like a glitch.
