Current sensor 0A reading

I have configured a sensor (PR58-1_MQTT_2013_200A) to forward messages to an MQTT broker, and am receiving the messages as expected. I see the battery, and other identifying info, but the current value is always 0. The clamp is connected to just one lead on 200A AC service cable, and I can hear that it hums when closed… I’ve also measured the voltage coming out of the clamp sensor and into the board and can see that it varies between about 0.17 volts when the clamp is off the cable and about 2v when its on it. I have tried going through a full reset on the board - but still see the same 0 output. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Chris,

I think we need to take a look at the device. Can you send it in for warranty repair/diagnostics? You can fill out the RMA form here and you will be provided instructions for returning the device.
