Cannot see the USB choice in com port

Hi,

I am quite new to NCD products so please forgive me if this is a silly question, but I cannot see USB choices in com port even though I am pretty sure the USB is connected to my communication module (red light is on with “USB”).

Could you give me some guidance where the problem could come from?

Hi @zhangjy, what ncd device are you using? maybe could be necessary to install a USB driver.

Can you send a screen shot of your Device Manager’s COM/LPT port section?

Thank you both! After I stalled the USB driver, I can finally connect through the USB port.
