Can software identify the ZUXPSR325PROXR module? Same question for the obsolete NER325PROXR module. The purpose of the question is for software to be able to identify the specific module type, to automatically configure the banks being addressed.
There is no great way to identify the hardware version of ProXR devices. You can check firmware version which may be a good indicator.
