We are helping a customer that has an ORP sensor, is there a simple way to send the command for calibration? What shown in the manual is kind of hard for the customer side.

Is it normal taken long time (actually we never received) to receive the response from the ORP sensor after hit button “Store ORP Value”?
alpha station does not store repose for the custom commands.
you can exti out of the cfg mode and hit rest. leave the probe in the calibration solution.
the probe should read same as the calibration solution
