Hi team! We just recently swapped a lot of our facilities over to the robustel enterprise gateway. I now see a newer, Atrium model exists, with a lot of features I’d be interested in.
Is there any way to update an existing gateway to install the atrium package? Or does it need to be purchased separately?

Right now we are not supporting updating existing Gateways to Atrium. I would recommend purchasing one for evaluation and see what you think.
