Asking for the invoice instead of order confirmation No

DEAR NCD TEAM,

We have tried to place an order, as a result of which we receive an order number. However as our company is a foreign company we need a proforma invoice to make the payment and afterwards we will require invoice for presenting it to our country authorities during customs clearance. Whom I can contact to ask for these documents.
