Hi

802.15.4 Long Range Wireless Modem with USB Interface is in use. I want to factory-initialize this radio module to XCTU, but it’s not working well Is there a way?

Is X-CTU showing errors or it just won’t connect? Can you provide screen shots?

There was a problem with this part, but when I re-entered it, communication was established with the sensor.
