4-20mA Receiver Selection

I have an ultrasonic sensor which is a 4-20mA output. The sensor is a 2-wire configuration with 4-20mA loop powered. To receive its data output, which item suit my need?

Can you share the part number of the sensor.

is it two wire or 3 wire sensor ?

Thank you for your advise. In the product web page, it states the end node controller provides power to sensor 10V, 16V or 24V. Purchase Options Available. What is that mean? Do I have to purchase an additional item?

its a on board power supply.
By default it comes with 16V. No need to purchase any external power supply.

ps – we are about to release a battery powered wireless tank level sensor.
