I just purchased a 2 channel relay module with a Linx KEYFOB overlay board with a 2 button Fob. Right out of the box I configured each button, and linked it with the KEYFOB receiver. I am only able to get R2 to activate, have had no luck with R1. I get the busy LED indicator to flash on both buttons when each one pressed independently, except only R2 will activate with corresponding button.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a defect in one of these key fob modules.
Can you retry steps 1 and 3 of this guide: KFX Key Fob Communications Module Quick Start Guide - ncd.io to see if that recovers some functionality.
If you have a USB configuration adapter we can also look at what is configured on the module using steps 2 and 4. Just send a screen capture of what is on the KFX Configuration page if you have one.
I tried to reprogram both the transmitter and receiver, but I have not had any luck. I did not purchase an USB adapter, since I did not need to change any programming, since I only need the momentary function. Thanks!
