I just took a new XR165 relay expansion board out of the bag and noticed that some LED’s are not working. I turned the board over and found that not all the LED pins had made it through the board. What should I do?

It is hard to say that the pins are the issue here. They could be soldered to the board but just not protruding. What can you see from the top side?
These boards are covered under warranty.
I can’t see anything suspicious from the top side.
