XPortPro Lantronix fails to pick up an IP

I had to reconfigure IP on my XPortPro Lantronix device, but after resetting it, it fails to pick up an IP. I am unable to configure it.

If the module is factory reset it will revert back to DHCP mode. If you’re on a static IP address only network you’ll need to move the device to a DHCP enabled network to reconfigure it.

Hi Jacob, yes it is connected to a network which can provide an IP via DHCP. In the switch’s arp table, I do see it picking up an ip, but I can’t neither ping or get to the web page.
