Wireless AC Monitor

attached is the setup.

Hi @northstar Thank you for the information. Could you please perform a device calibration, let me share you a guide for sensor configuration using Node-RED, please refer to Manual Configuration Section:

Please use 17116 as new calibration value for three channels please:

Please try this and share your results.
Thanks.

the amperage values are still inaccurate. they have changed slightly but still 5-dfigits! (75129, 70620, 79077)

Hi @northstar Could you please share a screenshot of your Node-RED debug window following the sensor configuration? We are particularly interested in the config_results message; please click on it to expand the details before taking the screenshot. It should look similar to the example provided below:

here are the screen shots from the sensor and dispatch debugs. I will have to get the config info later.

Hi @northstar thank you for the data, yes please. We need the Config Results message to confirm sensor calibration.

Thanks

Hi @northstar if you prefer we could jump on a call to take a look.

Eduardo,

Been trying to reset the 3-phase ac monitor to get the config file by following the instructions. The unit does not appear to be resetting. I am pressing the Reset button, then holding the Config button for 10-15 sec. The un it dose not go into the config mode.

Hello @northstar got it, before put the sensor into configuration mode, did you put the Wireless Gateway node into configuration mode?

This is an important step.

Let me share you the procedure for configuration mode:

  1. Press and release the RESET button
  2. Immediately press and hold the CONFIGURATION button
  3. Hold the CONFIGURATION button for about 5–8 seconds
  4. Release the CONFIGURATION button

Could you try this or if you prefer we could jump on a call to take a look.
Thanks

Eduardo,
