Webi shows current Relays status only when Base station not connected

Hi

We noticed the WEB FUSION / Proxr web does not show Relay current status when we are connected to it with base station…
Can you please help us solve this issue?

Are you able to turn the relays on and off using Base Station? Also can you confirm if this is a Fusion or ProXR relay board? Fusion relay boards are black and ProXR relay boards are green.
