Any time I make an IP address change or any other minor change on the Webi page and select Save, the system says I need to Reset for changes. I select Reset and upon the reboot, if I then open the NCD Config Tool it shows my Work As selection has changed from Work As: Webi to Work As: TCP Server. So, I have to go back and change that every single time. Is this normal?
Configuration through the web interface is really only recommended when absolutely necessary. We are still working out kinks in it. We highly recommend using the NCD5500 Config Software to make any changes for now.
The Cofig Tool causes the same issue. Selecting Reset from the Config Tool also reverts the Work As from Webi to TCP Server.
We will look into this.
