Vibration celsius vs thermocouple celsius?

Hi,

I got the Industrial IoT Wireless Predictive Maintenance Sensor.
I would like to know:

  1. what is the difference between vibration celsius vs thermocouple celsius?
  2. where is the best place to put the vibration sensor? on the side or on the top of a machine?

Hi Chuck,

  1. there is an internal temp sensor in the vibration sensor. its just to give an idea of ambient temp near the vibration sensor. The thermocouple probe can be used to monitor the machine temp accurately.

  2. its a 3 axis MEMS vibration sensor and you can mount it on either places.
