USB modem does not initialize as Serial port

I am on a Windows 10 PC and when I connect the USB to wireless modem to the PC it does not initialize to a Comport. It shows up in the Device manager as ncd.io wireless modem. I know the modem is good as I can plug it into a different PC and it configures correctly. I tried updating the driver but no joy. Where can I go to get the correct driver needed.
