Unable to reach device, Device identification failed

I recently purchased a Ethernet Internet Contact Closure Remote Relay Controller 4-Channel Solid State 1-Way. I have them connected to a router, with DHCP. I can see that the they have leased IP but I cannot reach the devices.

I have downloaded NCD Base but both the devices don’t appear in the discovered device list. The IP does not provide a page in web browser either.

Manually entering the IP gives me Device identification failed.

Click the More button in the upper right corner of the Base Station software. This will expand the window revealing additional buttons. Click on MCNET/MXNET pairing utility. The next window will scan for and display the boards on the network. Sometimes you have to click refresh a couple of times.
