Hello,

What input module would I need for your RTD/Thermistor/Thermocouple temperature sensors: https://store.ncd.io/?fwp_product_type=0-5v-sensors

I only need the board to accept a single temperature sensor, and then be able to read that temperature using a I2C from Photon.

There are many temperature sensor options for Photon/I2C. Take a look at all of them here:

These are I2C mini modules so the Photon would connect to them through an IOT mother board. You could use any of these as the mother board for the Photon:
