A recent order that arrived (Temp/RH sensor, Ph Sensor, Modem) was missing external power supply for the two sensors despite that option being selected during purchase. The modem did come with its power supply.
Could you send over the missing power supplies?
Eternal power supply for sensors means the sensor will have electronics to support external power supply and will have a panel mount barrel connector.
I see that, but you’re also saying they don’t come with the external power adapter?
This is a bit misleading then…
I think any normal person buying from the site would interpret that as providing an external power supply.
There’s also no caveat or anything detailing this to be so.
