Sensor Packet Decoding

Hello,

I have a PR55-17B that I am using to interface with a PR55-45L and PR49-24C. I am able to connected to the PR55-17B modem using Python sockets. However I am unsure how to decode the packets. See below 2 samples of the PR49-24C and 1 sample of the PR55-45L:

Is there documentation on the packet composition?
