Sensor not recognized by "Wifi Micro Gateway"

Hi everyone,

I am trying to connect the " Industrial IoT Wireless Air Quality" with the “PRS55-21 MQTT” Gateway to send data to my local MQTT broker. Unfortunately, when I connect to the gateway’s network with my laptop and the configuration page for the gateway appears, my sensor is not listed under “Devices”.
They are both currently reset to factory settings and the gateway is in config mode. Anyone have this problem before and know how to go about it?

It seems as though configuration can only happen, if the sensor’s battery life is >~40%. I replaced the batteries and reset both gateway and sensor. Now it is working fine.

Also, hitting the reset button on the sensor often helps me see it in the gateway devices tab/list.
