Hello, I am interested in “Industrial IoT Wireless AC Current Monitor Sensor”, however, i would like to pick a sensor with higher data update rate such that i could have a better resolution of data. Any one who has experiences in using this sensor, could you please tell me what is the maximum number of data points that the sensor can provide in one second?

Do you have WiFi and power available at the installation location? If so you might take a look at this product which has a minimum report interval of about 2 seconds:
