Quick setup and testing App?

I have a bunch of relay control boards (ZADSR16xProXR) that have been in our warehouse for 4+ years now, we recently added another board (XP Expansion SPDT 32-Relay Control) and I am struggling to find a way to test it. I don’t want to start pulling apart the old code until I know the new board is online and responding properly. Thoughts? Is there a quick piece of software I can download, point at the device and then test triggering the relays?
