ProXR USB Relay board Windows OS disconnecting - unable to get device descriptor

We’ve 3 ProXR 4 relay boards with USB connections.
They operate just fine while connected. They are connected through an unpowered USB expansion hub. Windows disconnects from them periodically stating it is unable to read the device descriptor. We have the OS blocked from powering them down.

Does the ProXR USB need to have a powered USB hub?

Thanks in advance,
Marc

The current draw through the USB connection is not significant so a powered hub should not be necessary. However for one reason or another the USB connection between the boards and your computer does not seem stable. Hard to say what about the setup is causing this instability.

Thank you for the information. I assumed as such but thought I’d check with you.
We are looking at the hubs being used now as they may be the culprit.
