PR55-61PM V3 stopped sending data

Hello,

I have a PR55-61PM V3 sensor that has completely stopped sending data. I have replaced the batteries and tried a hard reset. There are no LEDs flashing, nothing. It seems to be completely dead. It has not been dropped or damaged in any way.

The sensor is about 14 months old and worked properly until recently. Is there anything you would suggest to try?

Does the status led come on when you press cfg button?

No sir, nothing lights up.

That led is directly connected to the power source. Is the device power switch in the correct position?
