PR38-22_50A Poor Q.C. - Solder Splatters

I received an I2C current sensor (PR38-22_50A) board today with poor quality control. There was solder splattered all over the bottom of the board

This isolated incident was resolved immediately by NCD.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I will certainly share this with our production department. We have sign off sheets for every order that includes checks for solder inspection and cleaning inspection so this should not happen.

I have re-opened the order, we will be shipping a replacement unit. A NC will be filed with our production department as part of our quality management process. Please let me know if you need anything else.
