We are having some of our built control panels UL certified. Do the relays that you sell have UL file no. or NTRL listing?

Yes, the relays have a UL file number, but it will be necessary to contact the manufacturer. The 5A relay uses the JS1-12V relay, you can file relevant datasheets here (see first relay on the page):
The Key Fob transmitter also has full certifications. All other devices are uncertified.
