NCDcomponent not work for FUSION

Hi,
I just purchased the FUSION:
ETHERNET WEB Fusion 16-Channel Solid State Relay Controller with 16 GPIO or ADC and I2C - Type H - 10 Amp (For DC Loads)

And I tried to operate it with NCD component through C# RelaySample1,
I get : System.TimeoutException: ‘The operation has timed out.’ on the
ncd1.ProXR.RelayBanks.SelectBank(1);

Does anyone know why ?

The same code perfectly works for PROXR model.
