I have PR55-21_MQTT Gateway and PR49-24L Sensor. Gateway is connected to my WiFi and status LED is solid green indicating it’s connected to ubidots.com, but no devices (gateway or sensor) show up in Ubidots. Rechecked everything including the default token. I noticed the gateway version is newer than the pictures shown in the instructions and two new fields are available: end note publish and subscribe topic which are still set to their default settings of endnodereceive and endnodetransmitt. Can’t get this setup to work using the instructions provided. Looking for further help.
