Modbus 485 to wireless?

Hello,
I have to connect to a compressor in order to read its Modbus registers. I have to use a modbus RTU master module because the compressor module is slave. Is there a way to connect an ncd.io wireless module to the compressor’s modbus slave module in order to read the registers and send them to a usb modem?
