Received Mega Modem and powered it on (NCD.IO folks, order id is #419458])
The led immediately goes to a mix of blue and magenta. Pressing the config button for any length of time has no effect. See picture here:

Checked my wifi and found a signal ESP_D7E9BD, connected to it without a password but cannot access it via the Gateway IP address from running cmd => ipconfig to find default gateway.
It seems the device has not been setup from factory.
Please help
