I have been running this dimmer for a few months now, and it seems that perhaps a fuse might have blown out on the motherboard. The wiring connected to power, and verified by voltmeter. How can we trouble shoot this?
Please remove power from the controller entirely. You may then safely remove the fuse and test with a continuity tester. Please let us know if we can help with any part of the process.
