Key FOB 4 channel relays boards stopped working no response from LEDs

we have three Key Fob Remote Controlled Switch 4-Channel General Purpose Long Range Wireless
units that were returned from our customer. All three do not show any activity when turned on (no LEDs lit up and no response from the receiver.

I checked power going in at 12Vdc
7805 voltage regulator shows 5V output

If I remove the wireless module and put it on another new board then the receiver is working and responds to keyfob button presses.

These units were purchased in January. Can they be repaired?
