Industrial Wireless High Temperature Sensor Setup

Greetings,

I am having difficulties setting up the following device: https://store.ncd.io/product/industrial-wireless-thermocouple-high-temperature-sensor/

I have purchased a wireless USB modem and azure gateway modem. I basically want to demonstrate a POC at my company to measure high surface temperatures, however I am not very experienced in IoTs. Any help with the setup is really appreciated.

i will check two things

  1. make sure port is not open in any other application
  2. baudrate and port selection is correct
