I am not getting a use this example

I am trying to use the sample code for the ncd16relay.cpp code to test my relay board. i can see the code but there does not appear to be a way to import the code so i can flash the device .

Selected library. Below is a copy paste of what i see. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
