Hello, I have the 48 relay ProXR setup with the NCD5500. I am about to set this unit up in another city and may need to update relay names remotely. I have navigated the NCD Config Tool, but it appears it only works on a LAN. I have not found whether or not the unit supports FTP. But, perhaps I am missing something.
The simplest solution is to use Remote Desktop on a a PC connected to the same network as the controller. I am not sure if FTP is supported or not.
