I am looking for a relay that has contact rating of up to 60VDC and 20A. The offered types are not meeting the specs, however, I noticed the J115F from CIT which has similar footprint to existing relays on the FR820 board. I was wondering can we ask for custom installation of the CIT J115F on the relay board.

How will you be controlling the relays on this board? Strictly from software?
How many of these boards would you need?
We are planning to use LabVIEW API to control them. Only from software.
We are looking for replacing all 8 of them on this board with the relay that I provided the datasheet for.
Probably 10 of them for now. 1 for proof of concept in our design.
If you are controlling with software then I would recommend ProXR instead of Fusion. I would recommend this board:
If the relay is footprint compatible with the board then go ahead and order it with the 20 amp option. During check out watch for the Order Notes field. Write in there “do not install relays in board, we will install our own relays”.

Since we are on that topic, please help me with a few things. This is basically what I need in my whole system design:
- control using software 64 Relays of 10AMP SPDT.
- control using software 8 relays of 50AMP SPDT (what we discussed above)
- Be able to pulse each relay with resolution of +/- 5ms. (i was planning to implement it in software)
I was picking up the fusion because of all the features it has, but could you give me a summary what the difference is between two of them?
Also I wanted to check with you to see on 10AMP SPDT relay boards can the traces on the board and terminals handle 8A and 30VDS?
Overall, what I was looking to put together for the whole system is below:
