I’m using a dry contact relay connected to the IN/GND inputs on the the MIRXR8x to trigger another relay downstream via a network connection. My dry contact relay is connected to a network camera via no/c inputs, when I trigger the contact closure through the camera my dry contact relay changed state but the MIRXR8x does not respond. The MIRXR8x’s ready light is steady on and the busy light is a constant fast blink regardless of being connected or disconnected from the network. The MIRXR8x input LED’s do not come on when the input is triggered. Any ideas?
