Fusion- Relays and what have the ability to control them

Is there a way to look at a relay and tell what has the ability, or what is programmed to control it? I have a relay that appears to be under control of a Reactor sensor and I cant find what input I programmed to do that.

We had a program called Reactor Configuration Utility. The code in that program sue command
2, 254, relayId to manually turn off relay
2, 254, relayId+8 to manually turn on relay
2, 64, 0, relayId to return control to reactor
