We are looking at the FR45 boards and would like to know if the relays can be controlled with an open collector output.
If the FR45 can’t, do you have a relay board that can be controlled by open collector inputs? The controller can supply 5VDC and the relays need to be able to control 24VDC at less than 5A.

We do not have a relay controller operated by open collectors.
I would say the lowest cost option if you want 4 relays would be the items in this cart:
This board has 4 relays and 4 inputs. I added an ESP32 module. The ESP32 module can be programmed with extremely simple firmware which would monitor your 5VDC signals on the inputs and control the relay outputs accordingly. One nice thing about this is the board could later be programmed for more complex operations should the need arise.
