Enterprise Wireless Vibration Sensor Labview Utility Error

Hi,

I’m currently using this sensor: Enterprise Wireless Sensor

When I try the Labview Utility from here: Enterprise Wireless Vibration and Temperature Sensor with Time series.exe

I keep getting an error when reading all the sensor configuration data as shown below:

is the sensor in confg mode?
Sensor needs to be in config mode in order to read and write the config settings.
