Good news, seems was a timing issue, after wait 250 ms to send the command out, it is now responding every time, but if I send very fast, it kind of lock that respond mechanism and doesn’t respond any more until unblock it. Now it is stable and we can read waveform (raw data) in mode 1 or 2.
