Where can you change the username on web-i? Every time I change my password the software will no longer come up on a mobile device and you have to use the default username and password on a computer to access the software. Thanks

It is not possible to change the username on the Web-i.
Which mobile browser are you using from what platform? We’re not seeing this issue here.
I’m trying to open the web-i page with chrome on a android. It’ll open fine if there is no password but if I add a password it tells me the page can not be found.
Does it give you a numbered error like 404, 401, 500?
Nothing coming up when you visit the page indicates that the web server just isn’t serving pages at that IP address and port number any more.
