Change baud rate on ProXR 32 USB relay board

Is there any way to change the baud rate on ProXR 32 USB relay board from the default ~115k? (Preferably without downloading additional software.)

Baud Rate needs to be changed in Base Station software (https://ncd.io/start). Sorry, but there are many steps to this process which need to be completed in a controlled sequence, which Base Station is programmed for. Simply run the software and click on device configuration to change the baud rate (Windows is required).
